Release the inbound ports (ftp, sftp, http, shttp and 8443) for my home

Hi,

I would like to setup the below services in my home. What can I do?

1. Accessible my router remotely from outside (port 8443)

2. Accessible my ftp server from outside (port 20 and 22)

3. Accessible my web server from outside (port 80 and 443)

enter 192.168.1.254 into browser then use admin password from hub and you are in

If yo have a BT hub you won't be able to access it externally.

BT don't 'release the ports', you just need to configure your hub for port forwarding. Advanced settings> firewall > port forwarding
