How do I terminate this 4 core cable?

They have not terminated the cable on our property due not having a building present at the time. I want to terminate it now to plug it in a Smart Hub for internet and VoIP connection.

What is the color layout order, it is not the standard CAT6 colour code. See photo below:

It's anyone's guess what that cable is or where it goes. You need to order a service from an ISP who will then arrange any necessary connections. A new build would normally be FTTP unless there's no provision in the area.

The cable goes to BT's cabinet on the pole adjacent to the property.

the cable if going straight to pole is property of openreach. are you a BT customer?

then you need to contact CS 03301234150 and get visit from openreach to connect up your broadband
