    <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything was working fine, until it wasn't.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The internet died the last night via the Whole Home Discs and been having issues since.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT Smart Home 2 Hub, ethernet connect to 1st Whole Home Disc.&lt;BR /&gt;I can connect to the Smart Home and surf the internet.&lt;BR /&gt;I can connect to the 1st Whole Home Disc, but the device doesn't get an IP number and as such no internet.&lt;BR /&gt;This sometimes also takes down the Smart Hub internet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So&lt;BR /&gt;1) Anyone come across this?&lt;BR /&gt;2) If you have Whole Home wi-fi network setup, do you turn off the Smart Hub Wi-Fi?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;So I&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;factory reset everything, set up the BT Whole Home Discs on the old Name and Password, and I turned off the Wi-Fi on the BT Smart Hub.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Everything is again working ok, so fingers crossed it was the Hub's Wi-Fi causing some who-knows-what issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
