    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble connecting a nest hub max to a BT smart hub2.&amp;nbsp; I keep getting a message part way through the adding new device process that I am on a different network and I need to disable AP Mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I have done so far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Factory reset the nest hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;restarted the BT hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;switched off 5ghz channel and tried process again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The nest hub was working on another home network in the same house and was removed to get all devices into one home network.&amp;nbsp; All other devices are working fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried using another mobile device to add the nest hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated before I launch the thing out of the window - cheers Nick&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a guess based on generic mesh setup but try disabling the SH2 WiFi completely &amp;amp; set the Nest up as an access point rather than a router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
