Morning,

We had Full fibre installed at the end of December. Our wifi keeps cutting out and our speeds are super low, only getting 70mb some days. We have a disc in my sons room to improve the connection, but he cannot even play his PS5 as it keeps dropping the wifi signal.

Has anyone experienced the same please?

so there is nothing wrong with your FTTP internet connection it is the wifi in your home that is the problem. have you tried if possible changing position of hub? have you tried changing the wifi channels from smart/auto to a fixed channel by using a wifi analyser on yur phone to find channels in use by neighbours and then selecting different channels

if you have SKYQ and mini boxes then you need to make sure that the 5ghz wifi channel in your hub is set to a channel other than 36 say 48 as that is used by SKYQ and may be causing a conflict
