Unsupported protocol error message

Am trying to get access to this site but cant get around the error code. Have used google chrome as they suggested but no joy any ideas please :

This site can’t provide a secure connectionn unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

You have not said which site you are trying to access however that error states there is a problem with the sites certificates. There is not a lot you can do about it as that can only be resolved by the website however you could try and work around the error.

I don't use Chrome but I would suspect there will be an icon at the address bar that you will be able to click on and it will give you the reason why the browser is stopping you from accessing the site and allow you to over ride it.

I would suggest that you only do that if you are 100% sure there is no issues with the website.

Thanks for this it's a secure site the national lottery one. I think it may also be some security settings somewhere re access to gambling sites I put on ages ago. ?The national lottery helpdesk suggested using chrome as browser but no joy yet
