Wi-Fi dish

I signed up for the broadband complete package but have only found out I should of had 3 repeater dishes but only had two and was wondering how I get my other one

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

Try this --> online troubleshooter <-- as you may able to order another disc that way yourself.

Tried online to order extra dish but cannot get to a page where I can order one

You may have to ring up and request one. Tell them you have tried the trouble shooter and it advises that you need an extra disk.

Try calling 0330 1234 150

I just had mine and I had just one dish. BT guy at sales said I could call back for more if required. I guess there's not much point in automatically sending 3 units out if they don't make a lot of difference to your set-up.

You should only have been issued with one disc and up to a maximum of three discs on request. You would not automatically be given three discs.

Keep in mind that the discs are only loaned to you and should you leave BT they will need to be sent back or you will be charged for them.
