I hope all is well

I've been an existing customer of your services for the last 4 years and I have full fibre 100 with Halo 3 that contract will end this month

last month I bought an upgrade for the speed which is full fibre 500 halo 3

will I keep using the same router of full fibre 100 and just the speed will increase during the activation date or you will send a new device for the full fibre 500?

please let me know if there is anything I need to be aware of before the new speed increase

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

As you already have full fibre 100, then there will not be any change of equipment, as its only a profile change.

You are unlikely to see any increase in the wireless speed unless you have devices capable of a faster speed, and are very close to the home hub, but you should get the full speed on devices which are connected directly to the home hub, and are capable of faster speeds.
