    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a different charger? I really don't understand why your posting asking any ideas, if it's happening when a specific charger is used it'd point toward sit being the issue surely&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>im interested to know whether this is a common problem. yes we have tried different chargers. basically our internet is very intermittant and it is driving us nuts</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is not a common problem and you would be lucky to find another using search.&amp;nbsp; what happens if you use charger in different room maybe different ring circuit&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming you are on ADSL or VDSL ( FTTC ) , these systems can be susceptible to REIN and SHINE ( search the terms if required ) but basically it’s interference from ‘faulty’ electrical devices, things like cheap Chinese Christmas tree lights , central heating pumps , dodgy fluorescent lights etc., these things can , when &amp;nbsp;switching off and on emit ‘interference’ that can causes &amp;nbsp;ADSL / VDSL to lose sync , this means that &amp;nbsp;the broadband service has to reconnect, giving a break in service ( your hub flashing orange) there was a famous example where someone with an old TV knocked out an entire village’s &amp;nbsp; broadband every time that TV was switched on…..if it’s clear when you use this charger your broadband ‘fails’ , get a different charger.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
