My BT broadband seems to have a regular pattern of dropping devices. It regularly drops my SKY Q box and my wifes Samsung phone. Day to day we never know whether these devices will connect or not. We also seem to lose all connections every Thursday night around 21:30 which is odd. It comes back to life on it's own but the interruption is annoying. We have to turn everything off and start again to get the phone and the SKY Q box re-connected. Is there a fix for this please or do we have defective BT equipment?

as it appears it is your wifi devices having problems have you tried changing the 5ghz wireless channel in hub to something other than 36 say fixed 44/48 as 36 is used by SKYQ and can cause problems
