Solid Orange light in the BT Hub, broadly if thats the one you have, means that there is no internet connection, so not a WIFI issue.

In normal circumstances after the BT Hub is connected to the incoming internet service and powered on it should go blue within a couple minutes. I might be that the service isnt live yet.

What product do you have?

FTTP - Openreach Little Box on the wall the BT Hub connects to?

Or is it more tradition copper based internet which comes from your normal phone line?
