Hello,

I have been using a Smart Hub with white Whole Home WiFi discs for a while now. I have historically used the BT WholeHome App and although it is temperamental, it works.

I now have the new BT Smart Hub 2 and I have simply switched over the WholeHome discs and kept using the WholeHome App. However, when using the MyBT app to set-up my Smart Hub 2, there is an option to set-up the discs in that app and associate them with the Hub. My question is… should I reset the discs and set them up in the myBT app or continue with the current set-up and use the WholeHome app?

If the answer is to switch, what are the benefits.

Thanks,

Simon

I doubt it is to set up Whole Home discs, but rather Complete WiFi discs which form a mesh with the SH2 unlike the Whole Home disks.
