Can't save new port forward setting

Hi there,

I'm trying to forward a port on my router, but when I click save it just hangs. I've tried different names, ports, and settings and nothing seems to work.

Any advice on what I could try next?

Hi,

Which router do you mean? Do you meant the BT Smart Hub 2, or do you mean a different router that you are using?

Ok, have you given Liquorice's suggestion a try?

"Factory reset the Smart hub and start again"

You can factory reset the smart hub by holding a pin in the recessed button in the back until the light on it turns green, then release.

Sorry all, I found it... I was pressing Save, but I needed to press the little + button first to add the rule. It's working now and I feel stupid XD

No it isn't intuitive at all, I get confused by those settings sometimes.
