Hello, I started receiving high latency today with ping levels spiking upwards of 150ms, I tested my internet connection on both my phone which uses WIFI and my computer which uses ethernet. I Then reset my router to no avail. Does anyone know why this is happening and how i can fix this issue? Many thanks.

The only thing you can do is make sure it's not something in your house that's causing the issue. Turn off WiFi on the Hub and test with only your computer connected via a direct ethernet cable. Also check that there's nothing on the computer doing any bacjground downloads (e.g. Steam game updates, or Windows update, or backups and so on).

If the latency persists in this scenario then it's a problem outside your house and there's nothing you can do about it (some people have reported improvements by using a VPN, as this chages your internet routing, but it's a very hit and miss aproach).
