    <description>&lt;P&gt;Problem: can't get my printer to connect to network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Speed test done all ok&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Openreach BBU has all three lights on (power, fault, charging)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Main unit has Power, PON, Port 1 lights on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything switched off &amp;amp; rebooted numerous times...printer still not connecting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Early generation ONT’s have a BBU ( battery backup unit ) for the short lived phone port on the ONT , it’s of no use , and isn’t the cause of you not being able to connect your printer ….if you would prefer the fault light on the BBU to not be lit , you could replace the rechargeable batteries , most though simply remove the power lead from the BBU and plug it directly into the ONT , basically removing the unnecessary BBU from the system&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
