DNS records do not appear on BT's DNS servers

Hi,

We are having major problems getting this website working on the BT network.

It appears the DNS records have not updated on BT's DNS servers after weeks . The TTL is 1 day

C:\>nslookup britishwingchunkuenassociation.com 62.6.40.178
Server: indnsc76.bt.net
Address: 62.6.40.178

*** indnsc76.bt.net can't find britishwingchunkuenassociation.com: Server failed

Its works here using googles dns

nslookup britishwingchunkuenassociation.com 8.8.8.8
Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8

What is the solution to get this working with BT ? Is there a team I need to contact

This is sorted now - seems the provider had issues with the name servers - after telling me is wasn't them.

It got moved to new name servers and problem is fixed .
