DNS NO IP

I have done a ipconfig on win 10 and get connection specific dns nothing listed
also nothing in the default gateway
if i try to connect it comes back with no ip address

How can i put this right?

when compter is up and running instead of the tv icon on bottom right on task bar saying connect to internet , i get the globe icon saying no internet.

I do a trouble shoot and get back

No valid ip configution and gateway not available,

I have done all the ipconfig things BUT still the same globe icon on bottom right

I have done a ipconfig on win 10
and get connection specific dns "nothing listed"
also nothing in the default gateway
if i try to connect it comes back with no ip address and internet.

Reset router 3 times to default

This sounds as simple as you are not connecting to the router. Either the WiFi details are not being accepted, or if you connect using a cable, then that cable between your PC and the router has gone bad (it happens).
