BBC Sounds not working with FF 900 and Smart Hub 2

Hi,

I have 2 connections in my house- one running FTTC at around 25 with a Smart Hub 1, one running FTTP @900 with a Smart Hub 2. The latter has recently been installed.

On my mobile device (an android Samsung) BBC Sounds works fine on the FTTC network but will not work on the FTTP network. All other apps etc work on both.

Any ideas- I'd like to connect my mobile just to the FTTP connection and also listen to BBC sounds!

Hi @NickMc56 are parental controls activated on the FTTP connection?

No- I've not activated any parental controls as there are no children/minors etc that use that network. Thanks @NeilO

@NickMc56 I've just tested the BBC sounds app on my fibre 900 with Smart Hub 2 and it worked without a problem.

Is Web protect switched on? The only other suggestion I have would be to try a reset of the Hub, if that doesn't work maybe BBC sounds support would be able to help.
