The first thing to try is a factory reset of the BT hub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds. This can often sort out problems and gives you a "clean page" to start from if that does not help.

Hi,

My WiFi connection has been incredibly unstable for the past month.

This is very apparent when using video calls. I am close proximity to the WiFi hub and even an Ethernet cable does not improve connection.

There are no reported issues on the line and upload/ download speeds are as to be expected.

My BT hub has recently started to loose broadband connection - frequently going from blue to purple and re connecting again.

Anyone have any thoughts?
