Searched the forums for a way to offer some positive feedback for a person I spoke to today and it seems posting a message asking the question is the only way to do it.

So, if someone is reading this that can help could I get a PM so that I can feedback on a fantasic customer saving experience I had today.

Unfortunately I don't know the guys name, but I'm sure there will be notes on my account.
