Bt ONT box reset

Hi guys

Can these ont boxes on the wall be reset as have very high upload test.

The ONT has no bearing on your connection speed. You can turn it off and on again but it won’t change anything.

It's not the speed I'm on fttp, it's the latency.

I see there is reset hole on side of the ont box

It's pretty hard for the ONT to be adding additional latency. If your link speed is what it should be, then the ONT should just be churning that data as fast as it can - it's mostly dedicated logic in there, so not what you'd think of as a conventional program that can slow down.
So I guess the question is, how bad is the latency when you connect to where?
