      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not the speed I'm on fttp, it's the latency.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see there is reset hole on side of the ont box&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's pretty hard for the ONT to be adding additional latency.&amp;nbsp; If your link speed is what it should be, then the ONT should just be churning that data as fast as it can - it's mostly dedicated logic in there, so not what you'd think of as a conventional program that can slow down.&lt;BR /&gt;So I guess the question is, how bad is the latency when you connect to where?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
