MyOffice thinks I am outside the UK

I keep being told when trying to use MyOffie services: "...we have restricted access to Manage services to locations outside the UK". Oddly enough that reads as if you can only do it from outside the UK but I think it means the opposite. I am in the UK, so not using a VPN and never had a problem with any other service.
