Unused telephone lines

We have various telephone points in our house for three different landline numbers. Our home landline has just been disconnected whilst we are waiting for Full Fibre Broadband to be installed. We no longer use the 2 Business landlines.

How easy is it for BT to visit and disconnect all wiring and boxes. Approx how much would it cost. ?

Are you a BT Business customer?

Internal wiring is the responsibility of the customer.

Just do it yourself or get a local tradesman in.

Anything beyond the master socket is your responsibility.
