BT Hub Manager and Wireless Printer

Can anybody help? I can't get my Canon MG3600 to connect to our new BT Hub wirelessly. I have read all the posts regarding the turning the 5GHz off but when I go into Hub Manager I can't switch it off. Any other suggestions?

I don't want to hardwire the printer in as they're in different rooms.

Any help appreciated.

Click on advanced settings and then wireless to turn off 5Ghz.

Factory reset the printer and set it up from scratch again to clear out any old settings.

Hi thanks for responding I've been in Advanced Settings and the option to turn the 5Ghz is not allowed has a No Entry sign when you hover

Just tried again and it's let me turn it off now. Thx. will try printer reset.
