Thanks for that observation. I just wish that BT would document better like it did back in the past.

On the Whole Home WiFi web browser page under the WiFi section the last option is 'Compatibility Mode:'

This option is not in the phone app. I cannot find out what it is for. Anyone any ideas please? I am clutching at straws as I cannot currently get my mobile phones to connect to WiFi calling using these discs. Normal WiFi ok but not WiFi Calling.

Getting FTTP tomorrow, hopefully, with new hub so after that will try a factory reset of the discs to see if that cures the issue. Not currently impressed with this WiFi solution.

I dont have mine anymore but from memory compatibility mode temporarily disables the 5Ghz Radio making it 'easier' for IoT type stuff such as smart plugs, switches, bulbs to connect, as those devices wont be dual band....well are extremely unlikely to be.

I'm not sure this will be of use for WIFI calling.
