Yeah it may b showing connected devices.

You would need to make sure the disc is set up on the myBT app. I wouldn't worry too much though as long as your connection is working as expected

I've just attached a replacement Wi-Fi disc and the light is showing solid blue on the disk, but the hub manager app is saying there are 0 discs attached to the hub.

Is this normal?

All the best.

Roy

I wouldn't worry about that, you likely need to tell your app you have it paired before it will show.

If the light is solid blue it will be working just fine or the light would be purple or flashing blue.

Thanks for the reply, but how do I tell the app it is connected? I tried relaunching the app a couple of times and also the restarting the hub a couple of times but the hub but it always showed 0 WiFi discs connected. I could understand it when the old disc wasn't working but expected it to show a connected disc with the new one.

All the best.

Roy

Now it's showing 3 discs connected, very strange.

Maybe I'm not understanding what it's reading.

All the best.

Roy

I think it is showing devices connected to the disk and is showing the disc itself twice for some reason I don't understand. Not showing my phone though as I'm not using it at the moment.
