All other Internet connections seems fine. I'm permanently online with my work, and it is only the music that drops out. Strange thing is that listening to podcasts throught the same radio software works fine.

When listening to music on my computer, or radio via a Browser, the connection drops after about 10 minutes. This has only started since I received a new BT Smart Hub 2 router.

Settings on the router are the recommend Smart channels :
2.4 GHz Smart (Channel 1)
5 GHz Smart (Channel 36)

I've tried different channels but that doesn't seem to make any difference.

This just relates to streaming music, nothing else?

When you say radio you mean internet radio stream right?

Is your computer connected to the SH2 on 5GHz by any chance, and if so do you have Sky Q?

Sky Q is known to use channel 36 and will interfere with a router using the same channel. If the answer to both questions is Yes, then select a manual channel on your hub, any of 40, 44 or 48 should do the trick

Siorry, yes Internet radio via a radio app on my computer, or listening directly to a radio statin via a Browser. I'm guesing this is a router issue, as it was fine with the previous router.

That maybe true but are you losing connectivity to all all internet during these drops? Are you able to test for that?
