Sounds like just another **bleep**-up & the wrong thing ordered. You should have been sent a mini hub which I think has an e-SIM. You'll have to get back on the phone.

Edit: For avoidance of doubt, the **bleep** is a male chicken...

Hi,

I've had a rigmarole of issues in last 2 weeks with BT switching my line and loss of service for my full fibre. I'm awaiting reconnection in next 2 weeks of full fibre 900 but in interim they've sent me an EE mobile broadband sim. I haven't (yet?) recieved a EE router/hub for this but is there a way I can connect it to my BT Smart Hub 2 to use? Or any other suggestions? Should I be expecting something else in the post (I've lost all confidence in BT after 4 hours on the phone in the last 2 weeks and complete incompetence from customer support...)
