Admin password

I am trying to change the channels on my Wi-Fi network using the advanced settings in http://192.168.1.254

everytime I go to enter the admin password for hun manager I get “incorrect password”

I have entered the correct password at least 10 times with no success. Any ideas on other ways around changing this. My speed to device is 939mb download but speed to device is 129mb. I had no problem doing this when I was with sky broadband.

You need the admin password & not the WiFi password. They're different things with a BT Hub.

I know the difference. I am using the 8 digit admin password from the back of the router which also has a QR code

It keeps saying admin login denied

Then factory reset the Hub using the pin hole on the back. Needs around 20-30s for the LEDs to flash.

If you have BT Digital Voice handsets then back up the contacts first.
