BT is blocking my site

Hi,

I have a blog horsecaretipsandtricks.com but for some reason BT have blocked it.

I can get on to it when I go through my phone, or use a WIFI connection different to BT.

How an I get it unblocked and why would it be blocked?

Can anyone help? It's very frustrating.

Thanks - I have tried rebooting my hub and clearing my cache.

I'm sure it's a BT block because the site loads fine on any other network.

Any idea of how to get it unblocked?

Assuming this is your site I can access it no problem on my BT Broadband connection.

Yes, that's the site.

This is driving me nuts.

I get a time out error every time - yet it works fine on my mobile or another network.

My hosting have confirmed there is no block their end.

I am at a complete loss as to what is happening.

All I know is it won't let me access the site through my BT wifi.

I don't have this problem with any other site.

Instead of a reboot try a factory reset of the BT hub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.

If that still does not help you could try turning your BTHub off for about 30 minutes and when you start it up it should have been issued a fresh IP address that may allow you to connect.

It might also be worth checking that you have not accidently blocked it in your Antivirus or your Firewall settings.
