Welcome to this user to user forum for BT Residential phone and broadband customers.

If you can access the Internet with a computer directly connected to the BT Home Hub, using an Ethernet cable, then there is nothing wrong with your broadband connection.

Wireless coverage is not guaranteed by any ISP, as there are too many variables.

"...always problems with this internet and no one does **** all about it, sort it out."

I'm afaid we're all BT customers on this forum so there is no-one who can "sort it out" for you. Even the BT moderators who used to be able to access customer accounts can no longer do so.
The only way you can get any action from BT is to phone or email them with your complaint - but, as Keith Beddoe says, you should try a direct connection by ethernet cable between your hub and your device to see if that gives you a stable connection. If it does, there's nothing wrong with your broadband, it's the WiFi system in your house, though this could of course be a fault with the WiFi in your BT hub.
