WiFi Speeds

I upgraded from Fiber 2 to full fiber 500 and my bt app says I'm getting the speeds and there arentt any issues but my WiFi speeds aren't going above 20-30mbps on fast.com or any other testing sites with any devices connected wireless. Devices connected via ethernet are getting a max of 80.

My router is setup via the wan port using the red cable going into the openresch box, with a smart hub 2, am I missing something?

Why let me upgrade my contract if speeds jsut going to stay tthe same? How to cancel?

How long ago did you upgrade? Does your My BT show you have changed to the the upgraded plan?
