Switch off 'smart hub'

How do I switch off 'smart set-up' on a Home Hub 2? This seems to have changed following update earlier this week.

Its been disabled on the latest update.

As far as I am aware, smart setup was disabled some time ago, are you sure you are not confusing it with smart wireless, as that is unlikely to change?

Smart Setup used to detect any new device that connected, and offered to download extra software, it caused lots of problems.

Smart setup was disabled a few years ago. Smart wireless is disabled by setting a channel manually.
