      <title>New Hub issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have just moved to BT Fibre from Plusnet non fibre.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;All my equipment at home worked perfectly, now on the new Hub I’m having issues with some.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have 2 fire sticks and 2 Smart TV’s which I can no longer use Netflix or iPlayer on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I can however watch Youtube and Disney on the Firestick.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated. BT online chat was utterly useless.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Factory reset everything to clear out any previous settings and set up everything from scratch again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
