    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have just got a new BT smart hub but neither my ipad or iphone will recognise it despite trying the 2 things BT tells you to do to connect devices. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas would be welcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you are entering the WiFi password and not the hub manager admin password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;you should have just changed the new SH to show the old hub SSID and wifi password and that way all your devices would connect as if nothing changed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>They still show the old hub setting and work okay, although sometimes slow. Didn’t know if being connected to the new hub would increase the speed.</description>
