Emby.media website is being blocked by Smart Hub

Hi guys, had an issue today in that I am unable to access the Emby.media website whilst connected to my BT internet. Either connected to Ethernet or over Wifi. I can access on my mobile data connection so it appears that the router is blocking access. I checked the BT web protect and parental controls and both are switched off. I regularly log into this website so never had an issue before. Any ideas?

There appears to be a problem with BT at the moment. I would not do anything meantime other than just wait until BT resolve their issues. Meanwhile you can access the site using a mobile phone on 4/5g or by using a different network to BT.

Thanks for confirming. Have been accessing using mobile data for now
