Trying to arrange Home Tech visit - unable to book online

Halo 3+ Customer trying to book a Home-Tech visit.

The online system when logged into MYBT just gives the following for the last few days :

Call that number on through to general services and unable to get right dept.

Anyone help at all ? Looks like paying for a service that we can't actually take benefit of at the moment. Many thanks

I found that also. Its is heralded as a Halo benefit but seems to have been withdrawn.

If you can't book online then get in contact with BT and speak to the Tech Team who will get it booked for you.
If you are struggling to get through on that number then you can text HELP to 61998 to get a call back from them or try on 0330 1234 150

Thanks. Has this as a service then stopped ? and there's no benefit to Halo products ...?

Hi @camper, with Halo 3+, we recommend that you can book appointments with our Home Tech experts for your initial setup, along with for faults and an annual checkup to ensure your connection as it should be.

If you're struggling to get this booked online, I'd definitely recommend following the advice @Manatarms84 recommended and give our technical team a call.

couldn’t of stopped as BT are hiring Home Tech Experts at the minute.

Seen them advertised on their Job Site.
