    <description>&lt;P&gt;Normally there is something in how the line is built from Openreach that stops the line becoming unstable because of speed.&lt;BR /&gt;I would check your set up make sure everything is set up correctly and if you are still getting drops I would contact tech support and they can run some checks and see whats what.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/technical-support/broadband" target="_blank"&gt;Fix broadband | BT Help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Smart Hub 2 disconnecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My BT Smart Hub 2 keeps disconnecting . After engineer visit Download speed&amp;nbsp; is now 15MB but I think this is too much for the line can hold because of our area we live.&amp;nbsp; When download speed was around 8MB hub did not keep disconnecting! Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if your line keeps dropping then the DLM will automatically drop your connection speed and increase your noise margin to try and stabilise your connection.&amp;nbsp; this may continue to happen until line stabilises.&amp;nbsp; have you checked your phone if not on digital voice for line noise which may be causing the problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
