I have seen feedback of people recommending just to have my PS5 on the 5ghz channel. With all the other devices on 2.4ghz. Can I change the devices from 5ghz to 2.4ghz manually from the routers settings? I couldn't see where to do this.

if you have the SH2 then you cannot split the 2.4/5ghz and it is the device which decides on with to connect 2.4 or 5ghz. however if you have a hub 6 or a third party router then you can change the setting in router which router do you have?

if you have digital voice now or if you have home phone and will be moved to DV then only the SH2 will work with BT digital voice

The decision to use which band is made by the device based on signal strength/quality.

2.4Ghz is slower but reaches greater distance, 5Ghz is faster but doesn't reach as far.

If your device is too far from the hub it won't connect at 5Ghz.
