      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having difficulty with ny WiFi connection it will not fully connect I had called and tried to get an engineer out ot turns blue then orange on the hub? Could I please have help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check the power supply on the ONT (white box with green lights) is pushed in to the bottom properly, and there may be an on/off button there as well. (In is on).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
