      <title>Making a complaint- terrible service. Still no broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For 2.5 weeks we have has broken promises (lies). I took annual leave today for an engineer that didn't arrive. Every commitment that's given is false. So frustrated and stressed.&amp;nbsp; My husband and I were on the phone to BT simultaneously and given different information- I was told engineer was still coming. He was told they weren't and never confirmed!&amp;nbsp; Nightmare queues to talk to anyone on the phone. Loss of wages. Loss of confidence and trust.&amp;nbsp; Latest is we'll be contacted in 2 days for an update so not even a resolution.&amp;nbsp; Completely unacceptable and just don't know where to go from here&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a complaint reference (don't post here)&amp;nbsp; is your broadband fibre to cabinet and copper to your home orfibre direct to your home?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does you home phone work?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Wha colour is light on BT router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
