dunno if this is in the right section but how do i contact Openreach to add my room to their directory i currently live in a shared accommodation and if i try to sign up for new internet it will knock out the internet of one of the other tenants been told if i add my room number i can get around this

you can't contact openreach to add your address to their database. you would need to place an order with an ISP but being specific that you are not taking over a previous phone line but want a new install in your flat/room. do you have an address that is registered on royal mail or is just the house/flat that is address and you just pick up mail from central point in home
