Have you moved ISP EG SKY to EE?

Are you on FTTC or FTTP as you may be on a stop copper sell exchange.

As your ISP is EE you need to post on the EE forums.

Hello,

My Internet has not been working after EE activation date of 29th. Due to location,I cannot get an engineer out until Friday and want to get this sorted ASAP as I work from home.

My question is, how is the master socket wiring supposed to be set up like. From reading other posts and forums, I have seen people talk about orange, white, blue cables etc. I have Red, Blue, Brown and Green. Small property so this is the only phone socket. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Why do you think the wiring suddenly moved itself because you changed provider?

It is more likely that your service hasn't been activated correctly.

The colour of the wired is pretty irrelevant, there are conventions but if non standard cable has been used they won't apply and conventions aren't always adhered to either.

You need to contact EE customer services
