Can anyone please explain what Hybrid Status - no connection actually means?

Do you have a hybrid connect device?

I suspect not, hence report.

If you do have one, it is not connected.

An additional device that plugs into the hub and provides a backup connection using the mobile phone network should the main broadband connection fail. An expensive add-on and only necessary if you live in an area with unstable landline connectivity.
