How about this? I moved last week and decided to go with an E E package, move my mobile from GiffGaff and buy a new Samsung tele.

Because I'm 77years old and not tech savvy I managed so far to end up with two mobile numbers, two landline numbers , neither of which work and a tele that I can't get set up.

The trouble I'm on my own with no teenagers about and the phones don't work to call any providers.

If it’s an EE package, the guys on their forum would be more au fait with setting up of the EE router etc.

The Samsung tv more or less sets itself up as it's extremely intuitive...as for the phones as advised ring EE from a friend/,family phone and get them to sort it.
