Trouble Staying connected

@@members Ive just had a new router and upgrade from BT and have been able to connect all my devices including cameras and ring however, when I connect wifi to my sky tv box it only stays connected for 15 minutes max! Does anyone have any suggestions as to why and what I can do to remedy this as it’s very frustrating and means I cannot make full use of Sky. I have Sky q

Change 5Ghz WiFi channel to something other than 36

Go into the Home Hub manager page for your router and do it from there. Type 192.168.1.254 into your browser and it will take you there. Go to 'Advanced Settings' and 'Wireless and then you can do it or re- scan.
