    <description>&lt;P&gt;Try a factory reset of the hub. Press the recessed button at the rear of the hub for about 20 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Flashing green is the hub booting up. If the reset doesn't work, it would indicate the hub is borked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi looking for help set up my new fibre broadband on Monday all was working fine until this morning when I noticed I had no WiFi. Went to the router and its flickering green disconnected and reset and was still the same. Have done a test through bt app and it says poor connection and have run through there suggestions which is still the same. I have booked an engineer but just wondered if there was something maybe im missing or if its faulty equipment thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
