They have absolutely no knowledge of your broadband delivery, they don't care if it is fibre or wet string. They would appear to be faulty.

AV600 Powerline - Data lights off

Hi, we recently upgraded to full fibre FTTP and we got 3 WiFi discs for complete WiFi. Everything is connected fine but the signal doesn’t quite reach the end of the long garden (wifi discs only seem to have about a 10m range ?). Anyway, I already had a couple of AV600 powerline adapters so I thought h would use them as well. When I turned one on it had no power so I purchased 2 “new” ones from a popular online auction site. The “new” ones connected fine initially and seemed to be happily talking to each other. After about 2 minutes both data lights went out and the slave device also has an intermittent power light. A factory reset resolved it but again, after 2 minutes the data light is off. Do they not work with smart hub 2 with FTTP or are they likely to be faulty ? Thank you

Test the powerline devices in the house, to see if they work there. It could be faulty devices, or it could be a fault in your house electrics!
