Hi,

Hello from a new member from Essex.

I've in largish house that has a Virign Fibre connection/broadband where the router is placed at one corner of the house.

Needless to say, I get poor Wifi upstairs, especially in farthest parts of the house.

My friend gave me 3 BT WholeHome Wifi discs (White) to try. I factory reset all the discs opon powering and installed the BT Whole Home WiFi App to install them.

All 3 of them connect seamlessly with the Ethernet cable connected to the router, but none of them are adding as Add-on discs.

The LEDs go from purple to blinking blue but end up as solid RED. The app then reports "bt disc error code setup 003"."

I've tried all the online help with factory resets and restarting the Virgin router and the BT discs, but not getting anywhere.

For now, finished the installation with one disc only and even that has made a noticeable difference upstairs, so really keen to get a mesh with other 2 also distributed in the house.

Any pointers will be highly appreciated to try in my Christmas holidays.
