    <description>This is a BT customer to customer forum so no-one can "instruct" you to do anything.&lt;BR /&gt;Since you're now working with an EE hub you might get better advice using the EE customer to customer forum.&lt;BR /&gt;Since you can access the hub OK using 192.168.1.254 why do you also need to access it via the EE app?</description>

      <title>Unable to use EE app to manage EE Home Hub</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a BT customer and was sent the EE Home Hub Pro and Hybrid Connect.&lt;BR /&gt;All working and manageable via 192.168.1.254&lt;BR /&gt;I cannot however use the EE android app to connect to the broadband router/hub.&lt;BR /&gt;The error is "We can't load this information - Not your fault, it's ours. Try again or give it another go later."&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried multiple times with no success.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please instruct how I can use the EE app to manage my broadband router and devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
